Appointments

— We begin with an introductory phone call. At that time you will learn more about our services, what to expect during your sessions, and we will answer any questions. This will allow us to get to know each other before your first visit.

— During your call, we will schedule your initial consultation appointment.

— We come to you for every session at your location of choice.

Payments

— As a concierge physical therapy practice, we operate outside of insurance networks to provide longer sessions, individualized care, and greater flexibility. We offer transparent cash rates, with discounted packages available.

— Payments will be collected at the time of service. 

— We accept various payment methods including Venmo, Paypal, or personal check, HSA/FSA. We also accept payment through our secure patient portal.

— Superbills are provided upon request if you would like to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
